Need food truck hire in Eindhoven that stands out from the crowd? Potaé, The Kumpir Company, drives a fresh kumpir food truck to your festival or event. The smell of crispy XXL baked potatoes pulls people straight to your spot. We are not based in Eindhoven, but we are glad to travel to Brainport for your event.
What does our food truck do?
Our truck is built around the kumpir: a Turkish-style XXL oven-baked potato, crispy outside and fluffy inside, mashed with butter and cheese and loaded at a fresh salad bar. Guests pick their own toppings, so every potato is different.
It is street food that fills you up without weighing you down. Exactly what works on a long festival day or a busy company event.
Why a food truck works in Eindhoven
Eindhoven thrives on events. Dutch Design Week colours the city every autumn, the GLOW light festival draws thousands of visitors and Strijp-S is a regular home for festivals and markets. On top of that, the tech and design companies around the High Tech Campus and TU/e often host their own days.
A kumpir food truck fits that vibe. It is recognisable, photogenic and a welcome change from yet another burger. In a design city like Eindhoven, that gets noticed.
Tasty for everyone
Potaé is vegetarian-forward, so your crowd always has a choice:
- Vegan kumpir with full flavour
- Vegetarian with fresh toppings
- Chicken for a heartier option
- Tuna as a fresh variant
That keeps the whole queue happy, from the vegan visitor to the meat lover.

Booking a food truck does not have to be complicated.

- We put together a tailored proposal.
